I just watched this and loved that it wasn't a traditional biopic.

… the Royals, her failed marriage to Charles, her eating disorder, and, of course, her common touch. This is one of those biopics that manages to transcend the tendency to get lost in verisimilitude at the expense of drama. That fact foregrounds a central performance that is utterly spellbinding.

I just watched this and loved that it wasn't a traditional biopic. It was so courageous to break out of the traditional structure that we're used to. It's one of the many things that made Spencer such an interesting ride!
