Joker borrows some from Scorsese's The King of Comedy. If you haven't yet seen that one, I'd recommend it!

I recently watched Poor Things and The Book of Clarence and they were both quite thoughtful and entertaining. I also watched The Conversation directed by Francis Ford Coppola and it was an exciting and unexpected thriller.
