Looks like you have a good launch plan! Having people agree to read the book in exchange for a review is a great way to get reviews for your book in the first week. You'll likely have to follow up with them (because we're all busy and forget things), but they're more likely to leave a review than just a random person who reads the book.

Asking those same readers who got an early copy to post about your book on launch day (and share your posts about it) is also really helpful and a relatively easy ask.
